The Lunar New Year holiday festival is almost here, and in this blog, I am going to tell you about my vacation plans. Firstly, I plan to visit Taipei 101. Then I’m going to visit Taroko Gorge National Park. Finally, I plan to go and see Alishan.
The reason I’m going to Taipei 101 first is because it’s one of the most iconic landmarks in Taiwan, and I want to enjoy the beautiful views of the city. While I’m there, I will go to the observation deck to see the stunning panoramic view of Taipei. I am very excited to visit Taipei 101 because I’ve heard that the New Year’s Eve fireworks display from the tower is one of the best in the world.
After visiting Taipei 101, I am planning to visit Taroko Gorge National Park. The reason I want to go there is to experience Taiwan’s stunning natural beauty and hike along the famous Taroko Gorge trails. While I’m there, I will explore the famous Eternal Spring Shrine and enjoy the breathtaking views of the cliffs and rivers, and I will also try some local snacks. I am very happy about going to Taroko Gorge because it’s a peaceful and scenic place that will allow me to connect with nature.
Finally, I will visit Alishan. I want to see the famous sunrise and the beautiful cherry blossoms if they are in bloom. While I’m there, I will take the Alishan Forest Railway to enjoy the picturesque mountain views and hike around the trails to see the old trees. I am looking forward to going to Alishan because it is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere.
These are my Lunar New Year plans. In Taiwan, the Lunar New Year is celebrated with family gatherings, traditional feasts, and lots of fireworks. People also visit temples to pray for good fortune and luck for the year ahead. There are many festivals and activities, such as lion dances and street markets, to celebrate the holiday. Taiwan’s Lunar New Year is a time for families to reunite, enjoy special foods, and celebrate together.
